General provisions

This page is a separate TraficBank offering — “Business websites and Google Ads setup” — hosted within the traficbank.ua website. TraficBank's core service is an online marketplace, while this offering operates as a separate product with its own data-processing specifics.

This document explains what data is processed on this service page in particular. General questions about the marketplace and purchases are governed by the main TraficBank Privacy Policy: https://traficbank.ua/polityka-konfidenciynosti/. If a particular matter isn't covered here, the main policy applies.

What data we process

This service page has no inquiry form, so you don't enter personal data directly on the site. Data appears in only two cases: automatic technical data, and your inquiry on Telegram.

• Technical data automatically received by the infrastructure (hosting and Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, language and version, device, and the time and page of the request.
• Enquiry data, if you message us on Telegram: your name or username and the text of your message.
• Anonymized analytics data about views and clicks — only after your consent (see the cookies section).

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to respond to your inquiries, keep the page working correctly and securely, and to measure performance and improve the service.

• Your consent — for analytics and marketing cookies.
• Our legitimate interest — for the basic operation of the page, aggregated statistics and protection against abuse.
• Fulfilling your request — when you contact us for a consultation.

Cookies and analytics

Cookie consent is shared across the whole domain and is managed by the cookie banner on the main traficbank.ua site, where you can change or withdraw it at any time.

At the time of publication, analytics and advertising tags are activated only if your consent is given and the relevant IDs are configured. Without consent, they are not loaded.

• Necessary — the basic operation of the page and remembering your choice (for example, the language). They work without separate consent.
• Analytics — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for anonymized statistics, only after consent.
• Marketing — Google advertising tags and remarketing, only after consent.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed only by the service providers required to run this page, and only to the extent needed.

• Telegram — your conversation, if you contact us via the external link.
• Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps) — advertising and analytics with your consent.
• Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and protection of the page.

International transfers and storage

Some services (for example, Google, Cloudflare and Telegram) may process and store data on servers outside Ukraine, in line with their own terms and safeguards.

Technical logs are kept for a limited time needed for security and diagnostics. Telegram conversations are stored under Telegram's rules and for as long as we need to respond to your inquiry. You can ask us to delete your inquiry.

Data security

The connection to the page is protected by HTTPS, access to data is restricted, and we apply organizational and technical safeguards. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Contact via Telegram

There is no contact form on the page. Enquiries go through an external link to Telegram: https://t.me/traficbank_admin. Following it opens the third-party Telegram service, which handles your messages and profile data under its own rules.

Your rights

Under Ukrainian personal-data protection law, you have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to withdraw consent, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

Children

The service is aimed at businesses and company owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

We may update this policy if the service, the analytics tools or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown.
