1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Traficbank Google Ads Management Tool (the “Tool”), operated by Traficbank as part of its marketing services. By using the Tool, Traficbank employees and authorized contractors agree to these Terms.

2. About Traficbank Google Ads Management Tool

Traficbank Google Ads Management Tool is an internal tool used by Traficbank employees and authorized contractors to manage, analyze and optimize Google Ads accounts for Traficbank and selected clients who have authorized Traficbank to access their advertising accounts.

The Tool connects to the Google Ads API through the Traficbank Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) to read advertising data and, where authorized, to prepare or apply changes to advertising campaigns.

3. Internal use only

The tool is not a public self-service product and is not offered for direct use by external users.

Access is limited to Traficbank employees and authorized contractors. The Tool is not available for sign-up, resale or independent use by clients or the general public.

4. Client authorization and account access

Traficbank accesses a client's Google Ads account only after the client authorizes Traficbank to manage that account, through standard Google Ads account access and client/agency consent flows.

Clients may review or withdraw Traficbank's access to their Google Ads accounts at any time through their Google Ads account settings.

5. Google Ads data processed

Traficbank may retrieve campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, cost, click, impression, conversion, device, landing page and related Google Ads performance data for reporting, optimization analysis, keyword research and account management.

This data is used only to provide advertising management, reporting, optimization and support for the authorized client. How data is handled is described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

6. Reporting, analysis and recommendations

Traficbank uses the retrieved data to prepare performance reports, analyze account structure and results, research keywords, and produce optimization recommendations for the client's advertising.

7. Campaign management actions

When authorized and necessary, Traficbank may prepare or apply changes to campaigns, ads, keywords, negative keywords, budgets, bidding, targeting and tracking settings. Campaign changes are reviewed by a human account manager before or during application according to the client relationship and agreed scope of work.

8. Human review and responsibility

Changes are made by, or under the review of, authorized Traficbank account managers. The Tool does not act fully autonomously: a person remains responsible for the changes applied to a client's account, within the agreed scope of work.

9. Data security and access control

Access to the Tool and to connected Google Ads accounts is restricted to authorized Traficbank personnel, granted on a need-to-know basis for account management, and uses secure connections.

10. No guarantee of advertising results

Traficbank works to improve advertising performance but does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, rankings, conversion volumes or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside Traficbank's control, including market demand, competition, budgets, and Google's own systems and policies.

11. Relationship with Google

Traficbank is not Google, is not acting on behalf of Google, and the tool is not endorsed by Google.

Google Ads, Google Maps and related names are trademarks of Google LLC. Use of the Google Ads API is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if the Tool, our processes or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown above.
